Creating a User Account

To utilize specific features of the Cyber Moon Studios service (the “Service”), such as participating in Certificate Programs, users are required to register for an account (“Account”). During the registration process, you may be asked to provide certain personal information and details. By registering, you affirm and guarantee the following:

1. All mandatory registration information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will maintain the accuracy of your information.
3. Your use of the Service adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
4. All communications with other users will be conducted in good faith and truthfulness.

In cases where you connect to the Service via a third-party service, you grant us the authorization to access and use your information from that service within the scope permitted by said service. This includes storing your login credentials for that service.

Account Security

For the security of your Account, you may be required to set up a password. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your Account and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account or with your password. If you suspect that your Account’s security has been compromised (e.g., in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of login credentials), you are obligated to promptly inform Cyber Moon Studios. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Cyber Moon Studios or others due to unauthorized use of your Account.

License Restrictions

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to:

1. Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the License Grant in Section 3 above.
2. Not engage in activities such as renting, leasing, sublicensing, selling, transferring, assigning, redistributing, hosting, or commercially exploiting the Service.
3. Abstain from modifying, creating derivative works, disassembling, reverse compiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to access the source code of the Service.
4. Not access the Service to create a similar or competitive service.
5. Not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, post, display, or transmit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
6. Avoid uploading, transmitting, or distributing computer viruses, worms, or any software designed to gain unauthorized access or interfere with the Service’s operation.
7. Use the Service exclusively through the interface provided by Cyber Moon Studios.
8. Refrain from removing, obscuring, or altering proprietary rights notices.
9. Not interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.
10. Not infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties.
11. Comply with all applicable laws, including export and re-export control laws.
12. Not engage in any activity that interferes with the proper operation of the Service.

Community Guidelines

Users of Cyber Moon Studios must recognize the potential risks when interacting with other users, and the platform disclaims any liability in such interactions. Furthermore, users agree not to use the Service to:

1. Post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or objectionable.
2. Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise information’s origin.
3. Publish or transmit any content for which you do not possess the legal right to share.
4. Publish or transmit illegal material or infringe upon others’ rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy, and publicity rights.
5. Impersonate others or falsely represent your identity or affiliation.
6. Share unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or solicitations.
7. Engage in intimidating, stalking, or harassing behavior.
8. Harm minors in any way.
9. Use another person’s account, service, or system.
10. Employ data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering methods.

Security

While Cyber Moon Studios prioritizes the security of your personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never breach our security measures or misuse your information. You acknowledge the inherent risks and provide your personal information at your discretion.

Accuracy and Completeness of Information

Cyber Moon Studios disclaims responsibility for any harm resulting from inaccurate, unreliable, incomplete, or outdated information presented through the Service. This includes information or content from third parties. Cyber Moon Studios does not independently verify the accuracy of information contributed by Service Providers, Students, or any other entities.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

2. Covering any costs, such as internet or mobile data expenses, incurred while using the Service.
3. Handling any costs or liabilities associated with your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

With the exception of User Submissions (as defined below), the Service and all associated materials, including software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and User Submissions from other users (“Cyber Moon Studios Content”), along with all Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of Cyber Moon Studios and its licensors, including other users posting User Submissions. These Terms do not grant any license for use of these Intellectual Property Rights beyond the explicitly stated permissions.

Disclaimer; No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and its use is at your own risk. Cyber Moon Studios, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not provide warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cyber Moon Studios does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or security of the Service.

Furthermore, Cyber Moon Studios does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or services offered by third parties through the Service or linked websites. These Terms provide specific legal rights, which may vary depending on the jurisdiction. The disclaimers and exclusions under these Terms may not apply where prohibited by law.
